HGTV: Looking for Little Houses In LA

Hat tip to LA Observed who calls attention to an open casting call by the new HGTV show Small Space, Big Style. The show is looking for small living spaces in Los Angeles. How small? "Incredibly stylish homes under 1,000 square feet!"

They already seem aware that they aren't going to find anything built recently. Small homes have not been very high on contractors' lists during the inflation of the housing bubble. HGTV says it will accept "yachts, dorm rooms, houseboats (and) trailers."

Sorry couch surfers. Your friend's Barcalounger does not appear to qualify.
