Best Picture Not About L.A. Housing Market

Link To This Post

All anyone seemed to be talking about prior to the Academy Awards was the movie Brokeback Mountain. And so, there may be some confusion this morning as readers awake to learn that the Oscar for Best Picture actually went to a film about Los Angeles named Crash.

Let's clear this up now.

Although Crash is an excellent film about the daily struggle of living in LA, it really has nothing to do with the LA housing market.

Los Angeles residents may crash their cars, not to mention their Ferraris, but they've yet to run their housing market into anything. Stay tuned though. As they say, "maybe next year."
