Everytime I look at Robert Shiller's chart at right, I can't help but wonder how anyone can deny this is a housing bubble.

It's like looking at a limb that's bent the wrong way, you just know there's going to be some pain and serious surgery involved to make that right again.














This one is pretty convincing as well. It's from the Office of Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight, otherwise known as OFHEO.
