'May Be Bursting … A Little Bit'

You can't be a little bit pregnant, but apparently, a housing bubble can pop a little bit.

The NBC Affiliate in San Diego says that city's housing bubble "may be bursting … a little bit," according to a post on its website:
It looks like the housing bubble in San Diego may be bursting, at least a little bit, NBC 7/39 reported on Thursday.

The median price of an existing home was down about 2 percent last month to $603,000.

That's down from $616,000 in November, but still better than $577,000 a year ago.
Sales were down more than 21 percent compared to the same period last year.
