'Hurry … This Opportunity Won't Last Long.'

This advertisement, which took up about 2/3 of a page in the LA Times this morning, gets right to the heart of the matter: "Are you tired of hearing and reading all the negative press about the softening California real estate market?" (A magnification of the text is below.)

The cure? Invest in Ft. Myers, Florida.

But, as the ad says in a portion not included in this scanned image — "Hurry ... this opportunity won't last long."
